# Perovskite Solar-Cell Stability: Reading Plan

## Collection status

The collection contains 20 records spanning 2014–2025. All 20 records include a DOI and publication year. No record has an attached PDF; each reports zero attachments. The topic labels in the handover inventory are therefore provisional and based only on titles, not on inferred study results.

## Reading sequence

1. **Build the conceptual map.** Start with the broad stability reviews from 2015, 2016, and 2019, followed by the 2018 review of charge-selective contacts. Use these to define a controlled vocabulary for moisture, thermal, photochemical, electrical, interfacial, and operational degradation.
2. **Read mechanism-focused primary studies.** Next examine moisture-resistant and layered designs, contact or barrier reinforcement, combined photothermal stress, and reverse-bias stability. Record device stack, composition, encapsulation, atmosphere, illumination, temperature, bias/load, duration, sample count, and failure criterion.
3. **Compare materials interventions.** Read the PTFE, 2D/mixed-cation, guanidinium, ionic-liquid, and deuterated-cation papers together. Compare only after checking that ageing protocols and reported stability endpoints are commensurable.
4. **Assess analytical approaches.** Review impedance spectroscopy, big-data analysis, and entropy-based SVM work with special attention to dataset provenance, labels, leakage controls, validation design, and whether predictions correspond to measured operational stability.
5. **Finish with current scope and translation.** Use the 2025 topical and 2D–3D reviews to update the map, then examine the perovskite/silicon tandem-module record for module-scale operational and metastability considerations.

## Extraction rule

Do not treat a title as evidence of a mechanism or improvement. Acquire each full text, verify bibliographic metadata, and extract methods and results before synthesis. Keep stress protocols and stability metrics explicit so results are not compared across incompatible test conditions.
